The Indianapolis Colts (1-13) are coming off their first victory of the season, and it has apparently inspired support amongst bettors that they can pull off another upset in Thursday’s 8:20 PM ET game against the Houston Texans (10-4).

Houston was a 34-7 home winner as a 9-point favorite earlier this season, but the Colts had won 7 of 8 outright against the Texans before that victory.
